Heavy gadgets is a wholesale and Retail company, our products are suppled by reputable companies at a discount which we then pass on to consumers at a lower price.

All orders are dispatched when paid in full, orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched within 1-3 working days subject to stock availability.

When use/using our website including any transaction you make, you are subject to our terms and conditions.

Most of our products are stock, in some cases an order will be placed directly with the suppliers’ and will be subjected to their availability.

If the Goods are unavailable, We will contact You by e-mail or telephone, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid e-mail address and a contact telephone, and You will have the option to either wait until the Goods are available, replace them with alternative goods or cancel Your Order.

Heavygadgets tries to ensure that the Goods supplied match the descriptions provided on the website. Whilst Heavygadgets tries to ensure that there are no changes to the Goods to be supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the Goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers of the parts supplied which form part of the Goods.

Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product and all return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any goods returned are received by us, When We received the returned Goods, We will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories, free items and any other components are within the returned package and that You have taken reasonable care of the Goods.  Any complaints made which are rejected by us, is held entirely at the owners risk and expense.

If the Goods have missing manuals, accessories, free items or any other components, we shall charge you the cost of these missing items. These costs will be deducted from any refund that is due to you.

The Images of products we display on our website is for guideline and illustration purposes only, heavy gadgets cannot guarantee that Your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual Goods.

All refunds will be made directly to the card that you used to make the purchase. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation of your order in respect of goods not yet sent, or within 30 days of our receipt of any goods which are being returned, subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions in respect of returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. If returned goods do not show as a credit on your next credit/debit card statement, please wait until the following statement before contacting us to ask if we have received them

Every item is described as accurately as possible and we believe represents excellent value for money. While we make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details and offer you the opportunity to either re-confirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we may treat the order as cancelled. If the correct price is higher than that advertised you may of course elect to cancel your order and we will refund your purchase money.
